Our professionals are qualified before a number of different patent & trademark offices, such as the European Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the respective national patent offices located in Germany, Austria, the UK, and the US.

Contentious Proceedings​

Contentious proceedings involving the validity, infringement, or enforcement of patent rights. We enforce patent rights against unauthorized use. We handle oppositions and appeals before the European Patent Office, Nullity proceedings before the German Federal Patent Court, German Federal Supreme Court (BGH) and infringement and nullity before the UPC.

Vigilance in Diligence

It’s a jungle out there. We routinely counsel our clients on how to navigate competitor wildlife. A patent offers the potential to act as a significant barrier that can exclude the competition from selling products or offering services. We understand that when evaluating the pertinent commercial IPRs and technical landscape when developing our infringement and invalidity opinions and conducting due diligence analyses.
