About me.

Birgitt advises clients in all fields of Intellectual Property Law. Birgitt has particular expertise in the area of IP-related damage calculations and/or related compensation claims in the enforcement of IP rights, such as determining reasonable compensation for employee inventions under the German Employee Invention Act.
 
Birgitt also gives professional guidance in the area of European unfair competition law and German anti-trust law, especially in the context of technology transfer and license agreements. Prior to joining the team at Grund IP Group, Birgitt was an associate at two well-known Munich-based law firms, working primarily in the fields of commercial and corporate law.
